Her academy is dedicated to helping non-native English-speaking medical professionals communicate effectively with their patients, colleagues, and staff, thereby bridging the language gap in healthcare—a passion that drives her work.

Devon holds degrees from Howard University and the University of South Florida, along with a TESOL Certification. Committed to continuous learning, she is currently studying Arabic to further connect with diverse communities.

A recognised leader in her field, Devon is a public speaker and hosts the podcast "Frustrated to Fluent," where she shares insights and strategies for effective communication for non-native English speakers in healthcare.
