Claudio, from Manaus, Brazil, has leveraged his skills as a Business Analyst and Trainer to improve processes and boost efficiency for global companies using data. He holds a BSc in Mechanical Technology from the State University of the Amazon, an MSc in Mechanical Engineering from the State University of Campinas, and a PhD in Chemical and Biochemical Engineering from Western University. 

His studies also include Data Science, Business and Marketing Analytics, Statistical Analysis, and Green Processes Engineering. Claudio has worked with marketing agencies, business associations, and government offices in Canada, the U.S., Australia, the UAE, and Europe. His extensive academic background, international training, curiosity, and passion for technology distinguish him from traditional analysts. 

Focused on helping businesses grow through optimized data use, Claudio offers training, consulting, development, implementation, and coaching services. He is currently building a business that provides comprehensive analytics solutions and educational resources.
